Gates open to campers at the following times


Thursday August 28th   12noon – 7pm
Friday August 29th        10am – 9pm
Saturday August 30th   10am - 8pm
Site to be clear by 12noon on Monday September 1st

The Organic Farm Shop and Cafe are open as normal on the thursday and friday

9 - 6.30 shop and 9 - 4 cafe

stock up on all the essentials, especially all the lovely food from the farm itself.

it is closed on the saturday

SHUTTLE BUS TIMES Saturday & Sunday
Depart cirencester market place hourly starting 10am last bus 8pm
Depart ragged hedge gate half hourly starting 10.30 am last bus 8.30pm

Just a reminder no dogs or glass bottles allowed for the sake of our animals!
Illegal drugs, ghetto blasters, sound systems and flares will not be allowed on site.

DON'T FORGET TORCH - NO STREET LIGHTS

It’s only a short walk from the camper’s car park to the fair field
Wheelbarrows are available to help move your kit.
Campervan parking is close by 2 minutes walk from the fair.
We do not have space for large vehicles.
There will be a camping area for families and also this year a quiet camping area.
Do remember sound carries after dark – earplugs can be useful.

Yellow School field is organic grazing for our rare breed Gloucester cattle and
Lleyn sheep so please leave no trace of your visit.
Small objects such as ring pulls and cigarette butts can be swallowed by animals.

You are welcome to use an off the ground brazier
We will have some at the info tent for hire.
Please use firewood from the pile provided and don’t collect from the wood where it may be home for creepy crawly creatures.
Definitely no fires to be lit on the ground as the grass will not grow back for many years. There is a communal camp fire on site.

We ask all visitors to remove their own waste on departure.
We will recycle cans, plastic bottles, clean paper and cardboard.
All food waste will be composted for tree planting on the farm.
You can help our dedicated recycling team by bringing the above to Recycle HQ

THERE WILL BE NO RUBBISH BINS ON SITE FOR GENERAL WASTE/LANDFILL
NO RUBBISH BAGS CAN BE LEFT ON SITE

Feel free to dress up, bring an instrument, a work of art, a flag......

DISABLED ENTRY AND CAMPING

talk to main gate for disabled help accessing the field

and ticket concessions.

 

There is one yurt left to hire 5 - 10 minutes walk across the fields from the fair

set in a woodland clearing. £100 per night for up to 5 maximum, 2 night minimum
